Meet Donna

Donna Caruso is the co-owner of Eleventh Element Relaxation Spa, a wellness destination in Edwardsville, PA, that she runs alongside her husband, Chris. Born and raised in Kingston, PA, Donna’s journey has taken her across industries and across the country. After earning degrees from Luzerne County Community College and Florida State University, she spent two decades building a diverse career in television, graphic design, and the equestrian world.

Eventually returning to her roots in Northeast Pennsylvania, Donna brought with her a passion for creativity, service, and wellness. Her leadership at Eleventh Element combines a deep commitment to client care with an eye for design and experience curation. Beyond business, Donna has spent years volunteering with a variety of nonprofit organizations, reflecting her lifelong belief that strong communities are built through active involvement and giving back.
