Meet Lois

Lois Miller resides in Pittston Township with her husband Rob, their son Robert—a senior at Pennsylvania College of Technology—and their lively 11-year-old border collie, Aurora. With over 21 years of experience in the banking industry, Lois has worked with both large and small financial institutions, ultimately discovering her passion for community-focused banking. She currently serves as Assistant Branch Manager at Peoples Security Bank and Trust in downtown Wilkes-Barre, where she values the close-knit environment and personalized service that smaller institutions provide.

Outside of work, Lois enjoys traveling, exploring yard and estate sales in search of unique treasures, and spending time with her family. She takes pride in offering a holistic approach to financial wellbeing, helping customers navigate banking products and services with care and understanding.

Her favorite saying, “Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it,” reflects her practical mindset and thoughtful approach to life. A little-known fact: Lois once trained to be a firefighter while living in Hughestown, PA.
