Meet Nicole

Nicole Frail has more than sixteen years of professional publishing
experience, twelve spent with a trade publisher based in New York
City. She is now the owner of Nicole Frail Edits, LLC, an editing
agency that performs various levels of editing for private clients
ranging from imprints of big-five publishers to indie authors. She is
also the owner and publisher of Nicole Frail Books, LLC, which
launched in late 2024. NFB is a (super) small independent press that
blends the values of traditional and indie publishing and is dedicated
to bringing as many new voices to press as possible through projects
such as anthologies and short story ebooks. She is a Wilkes-Barre
native currently living in Avoca, Pennsylvania, with her husband and
three little boys. Nicole offers editorial, publicity/marketing, and
graphic design internships every semester to local college students
who are interested in learning more about the publishing industry.
